Shipping Policy
Our Shipping & Handling Policy
All orders placed during our regular business days BEFORE 7 am, will be processed the same day. Any orders placed AFTER 7 am, will be processed the following business day.
Please allow one business day for our online team to process all new orders and review the criteria below before placing your order.
- Parts that are in-stock at Longo Toyota may be able to be shipped within 24 hours.
- If parts listings show to be in-stock, means the parts are available to be ordered. Does not take inconsideration of our live inventory at the dealership.
- Orders placed over the weekend, will be processed the following business day.
- If a part is not in stock and must be ordered from the manufacturer, it usually takes 2-3 business days to process.
- Parts that are in-stock at Longo Toyota may be able to shipped within 2-3 business days.
- Depending upon shipping location, ground shipments typically take about 7-14 business days. Different shipping methods may apply.
- Oversized shipments may require additional charge; you will be contacted prior to shipping for approval.
- We cannot guarantee transit times, once packages leaves our facility the shipping carrier will be main point of contact.
- Shipping Carrier substitutions may be made at our determination in an attempt to reduce shipping cost to the customer.
We do not ship:
- Internationally
- PO Box addresses
- COD destinations
- Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico
In the unlikely event that a part has been placed on backorder or discontinued, we will do our best to try and find one for you as quickly as possible.
Our Pick-Up Policy
You can stop by our Parts Department to pick up your order as soon as you receive an email with a Pick-Up Order Number.
- If an order is not Picked-Up within 30 Days the order will be Canceled and the Amount will be Refunded.
